The horizontal band sawing machine series are semi-automatic metal band sawing machines, renewal products for the old-style hack sawing machines, are mainly used for cutting various ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials, with high saw cutting precision, little saw kerf, stable worm drive performance and high-efficiency and energy saving. They are the ideal blanking equipments for the small pieces.
(1) The feeding of saw cutting adopts stepless speed regulation.
(2) The workholding is combined with hydraulic pressure and manual adjustment with convenient operation.
(3) Adopt worm gear speed reducer.
(4) The workpiece is clamped by using hydraulic pressure.
(5) The cutting feed is adopted hydauilic stepless speed regulation.
(6) The oil pump will stop working when the saw band operates, which saves the energy consumption.
(7) It can clean the sawdust automatically, which can extend efficiently the use life of the saw band.
(8) Adopt five-range worm wheel that is suitable for various materials for speed regulation. The high-precision adjustable guide holding device is characterized by “low saw blade loss, high saw cutting precision and rapid sawing”.
(9) The workpiece rack-type hydraulic tightening: the nipper jaw is 10mm from the saw blade. During the saw cutting, it will appear little vibration, low noise and low possibility of gear broaching.
(10) The machine tool itself has high-quality hydraulic oil channel. The precision hydraulic adjusting valve can set best cutting pressure and the use life of the saw blade is very long.
(11) The cutting feed is adopted steppless speed regulation. The sawdust is cleaned by uniform transmission. The feeding is done by handwheel control and the saw blade is tightened by using spring.
